Jealous

The poem I am jealous of is the poem Dog's Death by John Updike strangly enough.  The reason I choose this poem is because if you own a dog and actually care about it you cant help but feel emotion when you read this.  Its not the poem exactly that I am jelous but the emotion that this poem can create.  When I read it I felt sad I was thinking about my dog thinking he is getting old and he might pass soon.  It just created sad emotion for me then when nelson talked about it I knew I was not the only one who felt something.  I am jealous of the writers ability of making some one feel something, when they read a poem I dont care what emotion it is I just want them to feel a strong emotion.
